The guy that interviewed me told me that he wasnt sure what direction to take the interview because it was his last day at that store and asked if I wanted to sell or teach. I told him I don't have proper technique and he told me I was hired.
Well thought out interview pretty easy, I thought it went well but didn't get offered a position. I still feel like they are a good company although I heard they changed there commission structure in the past few years.
Simple and to the point. They want to know if you fit into the company culture. They also want to know what your skill set is as far as musical ability. It is very easygoing and relaxed
