Gundersen Health System Patient Service Specialist interview questions

2 interviews; one was a call, the other was a video. Video had terrible reception & I had to ask them to repeat their questions multiple times. The ladies who interviewed me said other folks had the same issue (not being able to hear the the interview questions), so I know it wasn’t my connection. Was offered & accepted the position the next day at 11:30am!
