The recruitment and interview process could have been better. First, the recruiter that setup an initial screening with me never joined the meeting. I reached out to him afterwards and received a response a couple days later saying he was out sick which is why he missed our call. Any organized department would have had someone else on the team reach out to reschedule his meetings for that day. At any rate, when we did speak, he immediately moved me to the next stage with the hiring manager. On the day I was scheduled to meet with the hiring manager, the recruiter reached out to reschedule for later that same day saying the hiring manager was traveling, which he should have known if he was scheduling interviews for him. Again, a sign of disorganization. The hiring manager was fine. The interview and questions were standard and not too difficult.
