I interviewed for a sales role that pays a max of $24/hour ($49,000 annually) without commissions. It's not really a sales job without commissions. In reality, this is a customer service role that would be an amazing fit for teenagers fresh out of highschool. 1 phone interview and 3 Zoom interviews. 2 of the Zoom interviewers were late even though I was upfront that I was interviewing during my lunch hour.

Why do you want to work at Gusto? Why are you the best candidate?
I Started off with a phone interview with a recruiter that went well and I was moved to the next round a few days later. Which was 3 zoom interviews 30 minutes each. Seemed to go well. But got a email a few days later saying I didn’t get the position.

Give a time where you had to make a decision with very little information?
Easy interview. Had numerous people to speak to. Played out a few different scenarios. Ultimately was not hard - they took their time asking questions, but were quick to make a decision.
