I'd like to start off by saying Gusto really has set up high interview standards. I was contacted by one of their recruiters and later followed by a Technical Phone interview.The phone interview was much about the technical expertise,some realtime marketing questions and the implementations being carried out at Gusto.Then I was scheduled for an Onsite interview at Gusto. Right from the very first moment I got a feeling this is gonna be the best interview I'd ever have.The people at Gusto are so welcoming and they just make sure you fell no stressed before taking up the interview.I was interviewed by three people.The first round being purely technical and the interviewer was really good at coming up with the questions. Though I wasn't offered the job I'm really glad I have happened to meet such nice interviewers who really set the standards how an interview process should be held. Please keep up the same kind of approach in future too.
