Recruiting coordinator was very pleasant. The hiring manager was very stressed. Overall the interview was very structured and pretty boring. I felt like the interviewers were looking for a right answer, not really assessing who I was. No one knew what the role was, very unclear responsibilities, and it was obvious they are scaling very fast. Took weeks to get feedback. Seems like gusto is great if you’re right out of college or an engineer. Probably not for any serious business professional otherwise.
