Interview
Overall, very standard interview process. The difference showed up in the communication and friendliness of the Invite Team. Gusto was very clear on setting expectations on when I would hear regarding next steps and made me feel very prepared from an interviewee standpoint.
Zoom meeting with recruiter, who was a passive participant, and another staffer who was leading the questions. It was about a 30-45 minute interview requiring both basic and more complex answers
