      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gusto (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2018

      Interview

The entire Interview process felt really candidate-centered and reflected the people-focused nature of the company. After the phone interview, my on-site consisted of 3 interviews with people I would be working directly with and a cross-functional interview with someone who wouldn't be on my team. Each person had a different focus. The recruiter was really helpful in giving me guidance on what to prepare for. They were able to expedite the process for me because of other offer deadlines I had and were very transparent throughout the process.
