Question 1
You are in charge of planning a music festival. How would you take on this job and what steps would you take? Given 10 minutes to plan and 20 minutes to present.
Had to speak with several people – everyone said they liked the company culture, yet nobody was really able to verbally describe that culture. All the interviews went well but the recruiter (who hasn’t been with the company very long) came across as snarky & off putting. Definitely think about what you think can be gained in your career here as it seems the turnover is high. One panel member had been there 7 years & the remaining 4 all less than 1 year. Nobody could confirm the average tenure in either the department or company so that’s a bit of a red flag.
