Quite delightful and inspiring. There were times I was uncertain about the interview process as information was not presented to me and some of the reviews on here are pretty negative, so I asked. My point of contact (recruiter) was super receptive to all of my questions (in these regards and more) and always provided an answer either on the spot or within a day. One thing that truly amazed me about the interview process is when I mentioned I had read some of the negative interview experiences here on Glassdoor and was concerned. The recruiter not only mentioned they are upset about it and have made changes as a result, but went so far as to build trust with me and prove my experience would not be the same. It wasn't, which is why I feel compelled to share my experience. If a company iterates based on feedback in the recruiting process, it seems promising to me that the company culture is similar. All in all, everyone I met was delightful, fun to work with, passionate about what they're doing, humble, and very intelligent. I look forward to spending a lot more time with them.
