The interview process was thorough, multi-faceted and unlike any I've ever had. After submitting my resume online and answering two short-response questions, I did a phone interview, followed by two rounds of on-site interviews and a take home written exercise. Altogether, I met with eight team members, including the CEO, and shared a meal with the broader team over three weeks. I found it to be a refreshingly informative and comprehensive process, and I felt like at the conclusion, I was not only certain that I wanted to work here, but that this would be an incredibly place to spend my time each week.
