      Customer Support/Customer Advocate Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Gusto (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015

      Interview

The whole process was fast and efficient. I applied online through their website. I got an email a few days later, after I submitted my resume. First a video interview, where you get to record your answers, it was easy and I really liked it vs. a regular phone interview. Second, I got contacted the next day by email with an assignment, it took me around 4 hours to finish it. It wasn't hard and I learned a few things from it. After I submitted the assignment, they contacted me a couple of days later for an interview at their headquarters. I met the recruiter, two members of the department I was applying to and the team lead/ manager. The interviews lasted around 3 hours. Everybody was really friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I learned a lot from it.
