I first had a phone interview which lasted around 15-20 minutes. I then came in for two in-person interviews at the office where I met with a number of people from different departments. The process felt fairly casual and comfortable but with your standard interview questions. The company is a shoeless off so be prepared to remove your shoes upon entering the office.
