For accountant levels, there is first a phone screen that is usually with the hiring manager. Then there is a homework exercise. The homework varies by team and by level. Then last step is 1 round of interviews. I had 4 individual interviews - 3 people on Accounting and 1 person cross functional. After that round, they'll do reference checks, then offer.
