I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gusto in Feb 2025
Interview
Received an OA, and a call behavioral call with a recruiter. Worked through a realistic 1 hour technical interview which is the last step before the onsite. I received a rejection email shortly after.
It was a pretty long series of interviews with stakeholders from multiple departments and different levels. There was a single point of contact for coordinating interview details and arranging meetings which was nice.
