It was much different than any other interview! First, you apply and send in a one-way video interview with 5 pre-determined questions. You record a maximum of 1 minute responses for each question. Then, the second step is to complete an assignment where they look for critical thinking skills and your attention to detail. Finally, the on-site consisted of meeting 5 people in 4 interviews, approximately 30 minutes on average.
