Applied online and then was scheduled to meet a recruiter. She asked very standard recruiter questions (e.g. why do you want to work here, walk me through your resume). When she asked me what questions I had for her, I asked her what I thought was a basic question, "What differentiates Gusto from its competitors?" she coldly said "I don't know- that's a better question for the hiring manager". I think I dodged a bullet.
