After scheduling an interview, I reached out on 2 separate occasions to ask the structure so I could best prepare, yet received no response. The interview was scheduled for 15 minutes, however they required weeks of availability to "schedule your interviews with the team". On the day of the interview, I received an email exactly 1 hour beforehand saying that I was no longer being considered. This has been a terrible experience. I will not interact further with people who are incapable of showing me the most basic of respect.
