Initial phone screen, followed by a technical assessment or questionnaire, and progressed through multiple rounds of interviews. The final was a lengthy full day interview with technical assessment but the staff was very welcoming and the office was very nice. They also give you gifts like socks.

I was referred through an introduction and setup a phone call with a senior manager.
The call went really well. It was a great conversation that covered a lot of stuff that I handled when I was in compliance with a large financial institution so it was very easy and second nature. The rapport was great and he seemed excited to move me along in the process.
He sent me an assessment test to fill out, which again, was very simple as it covered items from my days in compliance and risk management at a bank.
