I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Gusto (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Gusto makes it clear from the beginning that taking care of people is paramount for them. They made sure that I knew what was coming next and how to prepare for each step and session. They also sent out a packet via email before the onsite with information on my schedule, their values, and their hiring philosophy. I felt like they valued my time and my experience and they were even able to speed things up to accommodate an expiring offer that I had from a different company.
One thing to note is they are shoeless so come prepared to show off your socks during your onsite :).
