HR interview- Telephonic, Technical Interview - In person. On the day of the interview I arrived 10 minutes earlier and had to wait near the security for a few minutes since the interviewer was not available. Then I was called to the 3rd floor where I waited another 5 minutes. This time interviewer made me sit in a sofa inside their office and said that she had to take a call. I waited more than 10 mins and she showed up again saying she will be back in a few minutes and she did come back. During the interview she was very distracted and kept looking at her mail. While I was trying to explain the architecture of my project she was staring at her monitor. After the interview sent an email to the HR about feedback and never heard back.
