Interviewers were open, honest and easygoing with an eagerness to ensure you felt comfortable. Whilst questions were evidently read off a script, follow-up questions of curiosity and interest showed interviewees were actually being listened to.

Phone call that was basic questions and very positive and complimentary, basically offered the job but never heard back from the internal recruiter, poor customer service even after following up
