I completed an online application and attached my CV and a covering letter explaining my interest in the insurance industry, Guy Carpenter in particular and why I wished to undertake an apprenticeship rather than go to University. I was invited to do an online interview via HireVue whereby written questions appeared on the screen and I had 30 seconds thinking time and 3 minutes to reply to each question. My responses were recorded via webcam.
