Interview
It started with a phone interview, then group interview. After you were selected from the group, then one in one with the manager of the department where they wanted you to work.
The interview was simple and professional. They asked about my background, customer service experience, if I could work fast pace and how I would handle different situations. Overall, it felt straightforward and not overly difficult
Interview was smooth and easy as long as you push the HEB brand name to partners and make sure you emphasize a welcoming exterior to the interview. Additional knowledge of the company history also aids your potential by giving certain examples on how HEB has changed your perspective as a shopper.
