Question 1
What is a time you've had to confront someone who was doing poorly?
Phone interview, was supposed to last 30 min but it was shorter. As soon as the called started she began with the questions (mostly behavioral). It felt a little unprofessional and she didn't sound interested in interviewing me.

Question 1
Why do you think you are a great fit for this position?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at H E B (San Antonio, TX) in Jun 2021
Interview
First an online video-based interview through HireView. Then a 20-minute phone interview with a corporate recruiter (this is the weed-out interview to make sure you're professional enough and fit H-E-B's people-first culture). Finally, a formal interview (recently been through Zoom) with a senior talent development leader to assess whether you'd make a good leader and do well through the ATL program.

Question 1
This position is a six-month program designed to prepare you to be an H-E-B team leader, and often leads to a promotion directly into the team leader role. Do you feel you are ready to become a leader at this point in your life? Explain.
