It was multi person interview that took about an hour. The interviewers wanted to get to know you and how interested you were in being apart of the company. Overall Hardesty and Hanover values the retention of the companies lifespan by acquiring employees that would like to stay. Its a small company, about 400 employees. Just be yourself and that'll help the most.
