Online assessment and interview with two people of the team at the same time. Asked to pre prepare a slide with a straight forward question. Overall good experience, and the process was rather fast.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at H&M (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Feb 2012
Interview
Applied online and got an email a week later saying that I was welcome to attend an assessment day.
The assessment day consisted of three parts; one-on-one interview (15 minutes), case solving (45 minutes) and group interview (45 minutes).
Both the case solving and group interview was done in groups of three. The interview questions were pretty straight-forward and the case questions weren't too difficult either. Half of the case questions were solved together with the other 2 candidates, while the other half were to be solved individually.
