I went to a job fair. Handed in cover letter and resume. There were two recruiters. Questions revolved around availability and why you would like to work for H&M. What you know about the company and what you can provide for them. A week later they call you in for a one on one interview with one of the managers.
Short and snappy. Very easy process and straightforward and very friendly. Phone call and in person interview with hiring manager. decided to decline because I had another offer at a different company.
The interview process was straightforward. I first completed a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The questions focused on my work experience, personal style, and how I would fit the role overall.

In the group interview, the people seemed very nervous and anxious throughout. We did some tasks, including answering questions that required presentation and picking clothes from the menswear for different vague scenarios.
