Interview
4 part interview process. First there was a phone interview, then if passed, they give invite you to a tour of the office and then a written 'test' to make sure you're able to write in a formal matter that meets their expectations. If passed, you're invited once more to a group interview that takes a couple of hours and if passed, then the job offer will hopefully be presented to you.

It was very light asked me basic customer service questions, my history of customer service and what my schedule would look like. You first walk in asking for the manager, they find the manager and you follow them as they escort you to their little office and conduct the interview in that space.

The process was relative easy. They are very friendly and responsive during the recruitment process. They also included and an basic assignment to evaluate customer service skills and during the interview they performed and quick role play as well.
