Le premier je suis arrivé en costume, on m'a fait comprendre que chez H&M la qualité de la personne prime sur sa tenue, et qu'il n'était pas nécessaire d’être tiré à quatre épingle.
On m'a questionné sur mon parcours, mais envies futures et mes expériences.
Le second entretien était bien plus sur la personnalité, quelle personne je suis et qu'est-ce qui m'attire sur ce genre de poste.
Et on m'a présenté les projets que j'allais gérer, le poste que j'aurai.

Simple process has 3-4 rounds of interview depending upon job role, Initial rounds are taken by HR, then Function head will ask technical and situation based ethical questions after that Country level and Regional level rounds happens
