I applied online through H&M website. I got call within a week. They arranged interview after a week . I have wait for interview for few minutes. I was interviewed by one of manager. She simply introduce about company and position. And she simply asked me one or two questions and my past employment history, which industry have I worked.

Describe any situation when you have deal with difficult client? and how do you react?
A group interview with 12 interviewees and 4 interviewers. First they introduced their company and what they do. Then us interviewees did self-introduction to each other in our own small group of 4. Then the manager asked questions one by one, for 2 or 3 rounds.

How you see the value of H&M and how may you apply it to work with colleagues and customers.
Very group focused and they ask you scenario questions like customer service scenarios what you would do in this situation and they also make you style this mannequin with a group

Interview
it was a small group interview with the first session was QnA (tell about yourself, why apply for H&M, etc) and there was group discussion regarding customer service and retail study case. The last session was styling and presentation about the styling concept.
