The branch manager was very nice. Asked about work experience, my expectations. I was interested in H&M Home section of the store. She told me there's no solid separations between the sections and employees are expected to share the workload in times of need. I was told there are 4000 visitors daily in the branch. Full-time position is 180h monthly, in a week 4 shifts+1 shift either on Friday or Saturday evening. First 6 months they pay 37 shekels per hour, then 39 shekels.
