The H&M interview entailed going in for a one on one interview which was mainly focused on goals, experiences,the history of the company and growth possibilities. The second portion of the interview simply included filling out the proper papers for background checks. When you've met the requirements and are approved to work, an offer is made as far as compensation and benefits depending on your status (part-time/full-time). On your first day of work you sign papers to solidify your hourly wage and begin training.
