H&M Pattern Maker interview questions

First phone interview with simple questions. Then a 2 part interview of 1 hour personality questions and 1 hour skills questions/test. Interview in person was in Stockholm. You pay for the flights and tickets and they reimburse the money, this took a while.

I applied online and after a month I get and offer for a phone interview. I've prepared for this interview that was very formal and easy. When I got the answer no I was asking myself what value is necessary to continue the interview process. Perhaps more LUCK :)))
