The manager was very informative and through. The interview ended quicker than expected. The manager was very genuine and you can tell he is a good manager because at the end he asked if there was anything I thought would make the interview process better. He went through potential career development and growth which is always nice to see in a company.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at H&R Block (Anacortes, WA) in May 2023
Interview
Went great! Need tested in order to proceed which one of the learning courses cost 149.00. If you are knowledgeable, you can take another test that just tests your knowledge of taxes and skip paying the fee. Very seasonal work in the beginning.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at H&R Block (San Luis Río Colorado) in Jan 2023
Interview
Easy process, the interview was simple . Question were more based around ability to do customer service tasks. Would not stress about it. The interview was scheduled a month out which was odd but that was the only concern.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at H&R Block in Aug 2022
Interview
It was a fairly easy interview. The interviewer was nice and all but it just does not seem worth the effort and pay. You have to take and pay for classes that are 8 weeks long all for $11 an hour. She did seem a bit pushy trying to get me to enroll but I could as easily work a retail which would be more stable and less work for more money. The amount of money made at this company does not seem like it fairly compensated employees. I told her I would have to review before making a decision.
