Did the tax course. They asked me to do a video interview. You need to download an app to do the interview. The interview last about 20 mins and has 6 questions. they are all basic interview question. If you past the exam, they will ask you to do a face-to-face interview and a test about how the use the software.

Interview
First, I was asked some questions about my career background and why I was interested in the position. Then I was given some scenarios related to customer service, I had to explain how I would handle the situation. The interviewer made sure that I was acknowledged the role is seasonal.

Give one example to explain how you handled conflicts with your colleagues.
It was very easy over the phone interview. Once I applied I reviewed a call in less than 48 hours. She walked me through everything and set me up for class which is 6 wks long.
HR and manager together. Tell about yourself, your hobby. Ask your tax experience, how you feel to do tax by yourself. How flexible in tax season. And which location you prefer to work, do you mind to work other locations.
