Interview
First call is a 30 mins chat where technical questions will be asked. C#, MVC, Design patterns ,etc. Next round is with a Lead Developer discussing the role, technical challenges and also discussing technical questions. During this call, we did a code review where I would just give my input.
Next round is a 1h call split in 2: first half with hiring manager and another member of the team (Project Manager) and second half with the director of the office and HR person. This round is mostly about culture fit, getting to know you better and also your chance to ask your questions.
Overall, the team was amazing and the process went fast until offer was made. The project was also really interesting.
