You must attend their school to be hired as a tax pro. Which is great except the first year newbies are still at your desk as an experienced person and not taught any office etiquette. Rudely they sit or hang over you while your with clients. There really is no interview it only depends on if you pass their classes with 80%. Experience and understanding is not noticed.

Interview
The interview was not to long and was productive and engaging. However, I should have asked more questions about salary, because it would not have went any further. When i took their class I was under the impression it started at $15 per hour. It wasn't until I got the job offer I realized it was only $10 per hour plus the commission you make (which is unpredictable) which wasn't enough to make any profit in my current situation.
