They asked me about localization of robots. whether i had in my life used distributed control systems. How would i go about doing a said task etc

Interview
Had an employee referral, but also applied online. About a week or two later I got an email to schedule a phone screening. Phone screening was fine, they just run through your resume and ask mostly behavioral questions. A few days later I got an email asking if I could come in for an in person interview. Day of the in person, spent 15-20 mins with the hiring manager, did more fit questions. Then had a one-on-one with the Executive Vice President of Operational Excellence (HARMAN created this title, this division now encompasses Internal Audit, M&A, and IT) in that interview it questions about which division you prefer, and why you're the right fit for it (I interviewed for M&A). About a week later I got a call from the hiring manager extending an offer
