I applied through online. The process took 1 week. It's based on Java. They sent me a one test link it includes questions based on core java and J2EE, Spring MCQ( coding output).The total number of questions 20. The time duration for test 28 min. The Interview was good but I did not get any response from Harman I cleared or not the test.
