Interview
I was taken out to lunch and told what kind of role the company saw me in. I had worked with them for many years, so the y were already quite familiar with me. I was then introduced to an HR rep who told me what salary they were offering and answered any questions I had about the company. It was then up to me to accept the offer or not.
