Interview was very informative and great. Did not feel pressured during process. Was a few minutes late d/t technical issues and they were very understanding. All of my questions and concerns were answered.

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!

I shadowed the unit with one of the employees, then I spoke with the manager after. It was very casual and didn't feel like an interview. I was offered a position not too long after.
