I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2016
Interview
I applied through HCA's site, received a phone call from a recruiter and had a phone interview. Then was later contacted by the person who would be my boss to set up a face to face interview. The interview was laid back and easy going. I was asked traditional interview style questions as well as some general personal questions about myself. I later interviewed with a C-level (senior level) position person. This interview was also easy and laid back. A much shorter interview with broader questions along with some specific questions about my past duties. I was contacted the next day by the recruiter I originally spoke to. My overall experience was very positive. Everyone I encountered was great.
You could almost tell that the interview panel was not going to move forward with moving me to the next level of interviews. It was very disappointing because I believe I was very qualified for the role and would have hit the ground running.

Question 1
How would I solve an ongoing issue to improve the process.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Hyderābād)
Interview
I arrived punctually for my scheduled interview at 2:30 PM, informed by the HR team that the process would conclude within a couple of hours. Regrettably, I was made to wait until 6:45 PM for my turn, without any interim updates or communication from the organizers.
The interview itself lasted only 5-7 minutes, as the panel’s availability ended at approximately 7:00 PM. This raises serious questions about the value of attending such an interview. Given the minimal panel composition, candidates should have been notified in advance to allow for appropriate planning on our part.
The organization showed no willingness to reschedule or postpone, despite the evident constraints. Furthermore, there was clear miscommunication, with preference given to candidates who followed up persistently with in-house HR personnel.
This experience highlights significant deficiencies in process management and candidate courtesy. I advise caution for prospective applicants.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why do you think you are good enough for this position ?
Easy to communicate and had an enjoyable experience. The unit was small and I was not interested in the position. The process was not difficult and they made me feel welcomed in their environment
