Personality Test, Phone interview; Web Ex interview with peers, asked to give a technical writing and presentation in person. After this long and drawn out process I was not even informed I did not get the job. I was disappointed w/ the poor quality of the team and the manner in which they disrepect your time. No respect whatsoever

I started my interview process on 3/1. My final interview was on 4/20 on Teams. I noticed there were no minorities on the call. My presentation was flawless. I did a PowerPoint presentation which they said no one had done. It’s 5/9 and I sent an email asking for status and received an email saying they went with another candidate. After researching HCA I found they discriminate against black people. I truly believe I was only interviewed to fill a quota.
