I applied online. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2018
Interview
Efficient. We were a little late to start. On the hospital premises. Friendly and casual interview. It was a transfer but I had to interview. Told me their goals, expectations, and pet peeves.
panel interview. Reviewed resume and was very laid back and wanted to talk about hobbies and what I would be nervous and excited about working as an RN. They were nice and very informative. The position was for StaRN residency
Interview was very conversational and relaxed. We spent more time talking about the role & our previous experiences in that specific speciality. The manager was very friendly & approachable which made the interview less nerve-wracking
I applied online. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (Houston, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
Very casual and organized. I was check in immediately. I was there about 45 minutes to one hour total. They had several positions available. They let me know I'll be contacted in 1-2 days. Additional instruction on parking considerations for the area would have been helpful.
