I wish I had gotten to the point of the interview process. I applied for the job late in the evening, an assessment came to complete so I put it aside to complete the next day. The next day came and I discovered that my status had be changed to "Not Under Consideration"! The position is still open and accepting applications. How can an applicant be "Not Under Consideration" with an incomplete application? Apparently the HR department doesn't review the applications.
I had a phone interview with the CEO after meeting them during a school event. I then came in for an in-person interview with the current controller and assistant controller.
3 step interview, with recruiter, controller and someone else. Average questions, a lot of overtime with tight deadlines, no work and life balance, average benefits, team just of 2 people
Interviewer was professional and prepared. I met in his office with the other departments team members. We went through interview questions and then an overview of what the job included.
