Phone interview, followed by 2 in-person interviews. Lengthy process, but the interviews themselves were pretty standard. Interviews were both 1 on 1 and also on a panel. Offer came in following second interview, and despite how lengthy the interview process was I was given 48 hours to accept or reject the offer.
