Applied online, after 1 week received a call from recruiter. Booked me interview in Clear Lake Regional Hospital. 2 sets of interview. 1st interview is with ED Manager (She was soo nice, mostly background interview). 2nd set Panel interview with 3 ER staff (they have a paper with list of question they will ask, they will write down your answer).

Very standard, began with recruiter screening and then pivots to direct manager interview with another nurse leader. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks turnaround time. Easy questions, and easy to talk to!
