Most of my interaction was with an HCA recruiter then It was a Panel interview with five of the companies current dietitians. We sat in a reserved room and they took turns asking me behavioral type questions.
Very process driven and simple. We began with introductions and learning more about one another. After all the ice breaking and getting to be more comfortable we began the typical structured questions/
Group interview with specified questions, there was no feedback to your answers (good or bad), no personality to the interview or the interviewers at all - it was difficult to get through. Not a good impression
