I applied in-person. I interviewed at HCA Healthcare (San Antonio, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
Attended the job fair/hiring event. Over 300+ people were in attendance. You were able to go up to tables that indicated the role/hospital.
Interviewed with the director and unit educator. After about 10min received a text message that I made it to the second round (same day, different room).
During second round there was a panel of 6 people ranging from committee members to charge nurses.

Second Round: Behavioral based.

How do you handle conflict
Not a very professional interviewing process. Contacted days later with a generic email. Asked for feedback and was told there was not any. This happened twice. Do not recommend this company.
It’s was easy like 123 I am relocating so they called me over the phone gave me in great detail of the program. Where it is located and if I will be able to relocate. Explained the benefits of working with the company.
The whole interview was short and sweet. Only about 4 questions were asked and easy to answer and no more than 15 minutes long. I was interviewed by the floor manager which was nice.
